European Encounters is a management consultancy formed in 2001 to provide representation for small, independent contemporary and luxury hotels as well as providing travel planning solutions for corporate and entertainment clients and individual travellers.

The company has two primary divisions; Hotel Representation, covering representation sales and marketing for hotels in the United States and Europe and Film Concierge Services; providing a unique personally tailored service for film personnel in London on business. In addition, clients use our services to provide accommodation, venues and locations worldwide for meetings, events, photo shoots, and documentaries as well as recommendations for alternative travel destinations.

We have valuable long term relationships with leading travel professionals, corporate planners and decision makers in Europe and the United States, especially in the media and entertainment markets. With over fourteen years hotel experience and a wealth of travel contacts, we can offer hotels & clients the enormous benefits of this knowledge.
